“Active subcontractors” means subcontractor records in your workspace. Smart Review suggestions are optional; you can always enter certificate details by hand.
Monthly, by card, through Stripe. Your plan renews each month until you cancel.
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Paid features stay on until the end of the month you paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake or twice, email us and we’ll fix it. Details are in the refund policy.
Yes, from Manage billing. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Nothing is lost. You just can’t add more subcontractors, projects, or users until you upgrade or remove some.
