Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of SubSignoff, operated by SubSignoff (“SubSignoff”, “we”). Contact: support@subguard.live. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them.
What the service does
SubSignoff collects documents, records review decisions, tracks dates and limits, sends reminders, and reports readiness against requirements you choose. It does not provide insurance, underwriting, or legal advice, does not verify coverage with insurers, and does not guarantee coverage or compliance. You are responsible for choosing requirements and for checking original documents.
Your workspace and content
You must have the right to upload and share the information you provide. Keep access to your sign-in email secure and invite only people who should see your records. Get permission before sending text messages. Do not upload malicious files, send spam, misrepresent approvals, or use the service unlawfully. You own your content; you give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
Prequalification, ratings and restricted flags
Job templates, suggested packets and license lookup links are starting points, not legal, insurance or licensing advice; you decide what each job requires and whether a subcontractor is approved. Ratings, notes and restricted flags are your own private business records: keep them factual and documented, and do not use them to discriminate on any legally protected basis or to retaliate against anyone for lawful activity such as filing a lien, complaint or safety report.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Plans renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months except where the law requires it, and we refund confirmed billing errors. The full Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms. If a payment fails, the workspace returns to the Free plan limits until payment is fixed. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price of an existing subscription.
Smart Review and reminders
Smart Review suggestions, including job-setup suggestions from a job description, are produced by AI or automated rules and can be wrong. Nothing is applied until a person confirms it, and approval is always a separate decision. Emails and texts can be delayed, filtered, or fail, and recipients can opt out; delivery history is shown in your workspace.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SubSignoff available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may update features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
Ending your use
You can stop using SubSignoff anytime and ask us to delete your workspace (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SubSignoff is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using information in the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
