Pro with no subscription fee for our first 25 businesses

We’re early, and we’d rather earn our first customers than buy them. The first 25 businesses to finish setting up SubSignoff get the Pro plan without paying the Pro subscription fee, for as long as SubSignoff operates the Pro plan.

Who can join

  • Any business that creates a new SubSignoff workspace while spots are open.
  • One spot per business. We count one workspace per company email domain; owners using a personal email provider (Gmail, Outlook and similar) are counted per account.
  • Not included: our own sample/demo and admin workspaces, test accounts, and workspaces that already have a complimentary plan.

The four steps (within 14 days)

Finish all four within 14 days of creating your workspace:

  1. Create a project.
  2. Add at least 3 subcontractors.
  3. Send at least 1 document request and receive an upload through its request link.
  4. Complete at least 1 review decision (Approved or Changes requested).

Signed-in owners see their progress on the Overview page. Spots go in the order workspaces finish all four steps; when all 25 are taken, the offer closes.

What you get

  • The Pro plan with no subscription fee, for as long as SubSignoff operates the Pro plan (or an equivalent plan if it is renamed).
  • The published Pro limits apply (today: 10 active projects, 3 users, 50 Smart Review credits a month, 150 request and reminder emails a day). Limits may change for all Pro customers as published on the pricing page.
  • Not included: future paid add-ons, unlimited Smart Review or storage, or features outside the Pro plan.
  • If you already pay for a subscription when you qualify, we’ll contact you; nothing changes or is cancelled automatically.

What we don’t ask for

  • No review or testimonial is required. Honest feedback, good or bad, is always welcome.
  • No recurring activity requirement: you don’t have to keep using SubSignoff to keep the plan.
  • No surprise charges: we won’t charge you for Pro. Paid upgrades (such as Team) only happen if you choose them.

Fair use

Spots obtained through duplicate accounts, fake activity or other abuse can be revoked. Founding spots are not transferable.
